What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. When you submit the estimate or contact form, that means your name, email address, phone number, property address and whatever you write in the message field. If you call or email us directly, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can quote and schedule your work.
Like most websites, our host may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited. We do not use this to identify individuals.
How we use it
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver an estimate, schedule and carry out work, invoice you, and handle warranty questions afterwards. That is the whole list.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share your information with lead-generation companies, marketing lists or any other third party for their own purposes. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
Who we share it with
Only where it is necessary to do the work: a supplier delivering material to your address, a structural engineer we have engaged on your project, a subcontractor performing part of the scope, or our insurer or legal advisers if a claim arises. We also use ordinary business service providers such as email and accounting software, which process information on our behalf. Where the law requires disclosure, we will comply.
How long we keep it
Project records are retained for as long as the workmanship warranty runs plus any period required for tax and legal purposes. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful for following up.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to ian@rivercityrestorationllc.com or call (513) 290-8208 and we will deal with it.
Cookies
This site uses only what is needed to serve the pages. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy will be updated to say so and to explain how to opt out.
Children
This site is directed at property owners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
