It is what your ownership group, insurer or engineer will ask for, and having it up front is what keeps a large project from turning into a negotiation.

What Contractors and Facility Teams Ask
Can you work nights and weekends?
Yes, and on most commercial flooring and joint work we prefer to. Off-hours scheduling is quoted as standard rather than as a premium surprise, and we will phase the work by area so a facility can stay partially operational the whole way through.
Do you carry the insurance our GC requires?
We carry general liability and workers' compensation and can add your entity as additional insured on request. Certificates, W-9 and safety documentation go out with the bid rather than after award, and we are set up for the common contractor compliance portals.
Will you bid from drawings?
Yes. Send the plans, the spec sections and the schedule and we will return a scoped bid with inclusions and exclusions written plainly. For repair work we will still want to walk the site, because photographs consistently understate the extent of delamination.
Do you handle emergency structural calls?
Around the clock. Emergency shoring is the one service we run 24/7, because an element that is actively moving cannot wait for a scheduling window. We stabilise first, then assess and price the permanent repair once nothing is moving.
